Why did you decide to offer an all-inclusive experience?
Each aspect of the project is heavily intertwined, from copy to design to photography. Rather than have each service provider work in silos and then pass the baton from one phase to another, we believe COLLABORATION is the key to a successful brand with a high ROI & impactful results. After all, isn't that why you decided to hire us?
What exactly does the strategy workshop include?
We dive deep into the core of your brand in order to position you to stand out within your industry. In the workshop, we will go over the following: mission, vision, values, niche, competitor analysis, target audience, unique value proposition, messaging, brand positioning, sales journey, and your offers.
What's the difference between The Becoming Experience & Design Intensives?
The Becoming Experience has a strong focus and emphasis on brand strategy. We develop your brand from the inside out, ensuring each touchpoint is highly elevated and streamlined. While the Design Intensives is more focused on the visuals and only includes creative direction strategy.
Why should I book you for my website copy needs?
Website copy dictates design. Working with a copywriter can ensure your website has strategy and substance aside from looking pretty! When you work with our in-house copywriter, you are getting an even more streamlined, collaborative experience that guarantees results and growth. Did we also mention she knows her way around SEO?
How many design concepts will I get to choose from?
I follow what’s called the 'One Concept Method'. Rather than barrel through the process just to create endless options and remind you what decision fatigue is like, I’ll present one design concept that is backed up by your vision and strategy. Two rounds of refinements are included to perfect the presented elements.
What website platforms do you work with or recommend?
For service-based business owners, I primarily work with Showit and Squarespace for their websites as they are both easy to use and maintain.
At this time, I do not offer WordPress, WebFlow, WIX, or Shopify web design.
Should I invest in The Becoming Experience if I am just starting out?
If you are just starting out in your business, I recommend checking our Design Intensives first as it provides you with a strong, professional brand identity. The Becoming Experience is a better fit for entrepreneurs who have been in business for 3+ years and looking to scale beyond their DIY.
Will you teach me how to use and maintain my website?
Heck yes, absolutely! I want to ensure you have access to your website post-launch. After our time together, I provide my clients with On-Demand Tutorials and resources so that they can update their website with ease. Of course, I'm always a message away if you need anything!
Is search engine optimization (SEO) included with your design services?
I offer Basic on-page SEO with web design services, which includes image optimization, styling tags, etc. I would recommend working with a SEO copywriter who can help conduct keyword research for your copy or a SEO specialist for more advanced strategies.
How much should I be prepared to invest? Are there payment plans?
As a general note, I do not offer fixed pricing for my services because I truly believe each of my clients' needs, wants, and goals are SO different & unique, which is why I would like get to know you better first before we discuss pricing. However, clients who invest in both branding, web design + copy on average invest 8,000-$13,000 USD. And yes! Payment plans are always available.
